Newark Organization for the Creative Arts will present the 26th annual Hot Licks Blues Festival downtown Granville Ohio on September 12th 2026. Lineup and details will be announced in the spring.
NOCA is proud to carry this community event and shine the spotlight on one of the richest American music traditions. This festival is free and open to the public. We thank our many supporters (listed below) for making this event possible.

Tom Carroll Fellowship
Tom Carroll has given so much to Licking County. As a performer, teacher, and as one of the founders of The Hot Licks Blues Festival, Tom has spent his life committed to fester creative endeavors.
This fellowship is designed to ensure all members of our community have access to meaningful private music instructions. All skill levels are welcome to apply.
