Jesse Henry has long been involved in the Music Scene in Central Ohio. He started his musical career in 2003 in Columbus, Oh. Since then he has been a bandleader, The Spikedrivers, Dawna, The Butterfly's Weapon and the Field Dogs, producer and educator.

In 2018 Jesse was a founding member of a nonprofit music fund in Columbus. He's been teaching out of the Linden Community Center for the past 5 years and now brings his experiences and creative ideas with him to carry on NOCA's Mission.
