NOCA is proud to carry this community event and shine the spotlight on one of the richest American music traditions. This festival is free and open to the public. We thank our many supporters for making this event possible.

Tom Carroll has given so much to Licking County. As a performer, teacher, and as one of the founders of The Hot Licks Blues Festival, Tom has spent his life committed to foster creative endeavors.
This fellowship is designed to ensure all members of our community have access to meaningful private music instructions. All skill levels are welcome to apply.
